If you use a mod manager, back up your configuration & disable everything.
Any that are missing that were showing as downloaded in the first phase checks are an indication you have a problem, see below.
Look for "Dawnguard.esm", "Dragonborn.esm", &/or "HearthFires.esm", any that are checked are installed & in use, any that are unchecked aren't in use, but checking them will fix that (if you use a mod manager, you need to enable them in that not the launcher).
On the Skyrim Loader window select "Data Files".
Launch the game from Steam (not via the SKSE loader).

Any Skyrim DLC you own should be listed there, upto 4 items ("Skyrim High Resolution Texture Pack", "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dawnguard", "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim- Dragonborn", "The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim- Hearthfire").
Far-right (Sixth) tab should be labeled "DLC", if not find one that is or that has the same meaning, open it (probably with a left-click).
Right-click (or otherwise open the "Context Menu") on it.

Repeat violators of this rule will be banned and reported to the site admins. Make sure content you submit is broadly interesting, not spammy, and contributes directly to the community.
Per Reddit's Guidelines for self promotion, no more than 10% of the content you submit to the subreddit should be your own.
